Mr. Keen was working as a County Deputy in Oklahoma and worked for an Alarm and Locksmith company. He seen the need for knowable Security companies with good ethics and started a small security company using off duty police officers in and around the Tulsa Metro area. In 1998 He felt the need to incorporate the company Keens Protective Services Inc. Mr. keen has worked City, County, State and Federal law enforcement agency's and is now retired from Civil Service and focuses on running the business, It is not unusual to see Mr. Keen working in the field installing alarm systems for family or business checking on guards or answering the phones in the dispatch center.
